Our Customer Guarantee
Our products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for 30 days, under normal use conditions. Should any defect occur within this time period, we will replace the item at no charge.
Our products are guaranteed to be packaged with care to reduce frustration and delays from shipping damage. If your items are damaged in shipment, notify us immediately and we will issue replacements at no charge.
Our products are guaranteed to work seamlessly with the ampoules for which they are designed. If you find the items ordered incompatible with your application, notify us immediately and we will assist you with identifying the proper replacement item.
Our AO+ Ampoule Opener can be custom-made to suit any glass ampoule or difficult application. With accurate specifications provided, measurements, photos and optimally (6) samples of the subject ampoule, we guarantee an opener that will fulfill your requirements (click here to learn more about sizing your ampoule opener). If, however, after two design attempts we are unable to produce a product to your satisfaction, we will refund the order amount.
If you find any product unsatisfactory for any other reason, simply notify us via email within two (2) business days of receipt to provide feedback and initiate a refund.
Please carefully review return instructions applicable to your situation, below.
Products may be returned as follows:
- Defective Product: To initiate a return, please email returns (at) theampouleopener.com promptly upon discovery or development of the defect, and within thirty (30) days of receiving your order. A returned material authorization (RMA) number will be issued to accompany your shipment of returned goods. We will replace the unit(s) immediately upon receipt of the defective item(s).
- Damaged Shipments: Should your order arrive damaged in shipping, there is no need to return damaged product. Please email photos clearly depicting the nature and extent of damages to returns (at) theampouleopener.com within two (2) business days of receipt, enabling us to expedite the claim and promptly replace any merchandise damaged in shipping at no cost to you.
- Ampoule Incompatibility: Should you find the opener ordered incompatible with your application, please notify returns (at) theampouleopener.com within two (2) business days of receipt. A returned material authorization (RMA) number will be issued to accompany your shipment of returned goods. A representative will assist you with proper selection to insure the replacement product will open your ampoule.
Excepting damaged shipments and defective product, all items must be returned in original packaging or a 15% restocking fee will be assessed. Refunds are limited to value of product and do not include return shipping costs. Applying tracking to return shipments is strongly recommended as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost.
Innovation Hub will review other warranty and return requests on a case by case basis, but reserves the right to dishonor any claims falling outside the terms outlined above.
